Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use define the conditions for using DRAFT VISION (the Site). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service

The Site is an unofficial web tool for League of Legends draft planning, ban/pick organization, Battle Mode, Map Tool, Tier List Maker, guide content, and Support Tip.

Features, content, specifications, and availability may be added, changed, suspended, or terminated for operational reasons.

3. Relationship with Riot Games

The Site is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends.

League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Rights related to in-game names, images, and data belong to their respective owners.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not violate laws or public order, interfere with Site operations, create excessive rooms or use automated mass access, impersonate others, harass others, or enter or share information that infringes third-party rights.

5. Battle Mode

In Battle Mode, users who know a room code or shared URL may be able to join as players or spectators. You are responsible for managing where and with whom you share room codes.

Team names, draft content, ready states, participation status, and draft results may be stored or transmitted to provide and synchronize the feature. Do not enter personal information, confidential information, or information that infringes third-party rights.

6. User Input

You represent that you have the lawful authority to handle information you enter, place, create, or share through the Site.

The Site may handle user input as necessary to provide, display, synchronize, store, improve, and protect the service from abuse.

7. Support Tip

Support Tip is an optional feature for supporting Site operations. Payments are processed through PayPal and may be subject to PayPal's terms and other conditions.

Support is treated as voluntary support for a digital service. Except where required by law or individually approved by the operator, refunds are generally not available.

8. External Services

The Site uses external services including Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile, PayPal, Google, Microsoft Clarity, Riot Games Data Dragon, and Netlify. Each provider's terms and policies may apply.

9. Disclaimer

The Site does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or continuity of its information, features, data, display results, or draft and strategy decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for damages caused by use or inability to use the Site, data loss, disputes with third parties, or external service failures or specification changes.

10. Intellectual Property

Rights to the Site's original text, structure, UI, logos, programs, and other content belong to the operator or their lawful rights holders.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell Site content without permission beyond normal use such as private use or team sharing.

11. Minors

Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal representative when necessary. The same applies when using Support Tip.

12. Changes

The operator may change these Terms as needed. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes related to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
