Privacy Policy

1. Use of Analytics Tools

DRAFT VISION (“the Site”) uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how the service is used.

These services rely on cookies to collect anonymized traffic data such as visited pages, time on site, device type, and approximate region. Personally identifiable information (name, address, email, etc.) is not collected.

We deploy tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM). GTM itself does not store personally identifiable information, but tags served through GTM (e.g., Google Analytics) may collect data. Please refer to each service’s policy for details.

We use Microsoft Clarity to measure, analyze, and improve site quality. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to capture page views, time on site, navigation path, clicks, scrolls, and input actions, visualizing them via session replays and heatmaps. We use these insights only to improve the site and not to identify individuals. Data is sent to Microsoft and handled under Microsoft’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. See Clarity Terms (https://clarity.microsoft.com/terms) and Privacy Statement (https://www.microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement) for details. By using this site, you consent to data collection and use by us and Microsoft through Clarity.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Collected data is used solely to analyze site usage, improve content, and guide operations.

3. Battle Mode Data

Battle Mode stores or syncs room codes, team names, anonymous user IDs, ready states, ban/pick progress, draft results, and connection status including spectators through Supabase.

To prevent abuse and excessive load when creating rooms, we may record hashed IP address information and room creation attempt timestamps.

Battle Mode rooms generally expire after a short period. Completed or expired rooms, creation attempt logs, and anonymous user records are deleted after a defined retention period.

4. Cookies and Browser Storage

We may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and similar browser storage for analytics, anonymous authentication sessions, Battle Mode restoration, and display settings. You can restrict cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

5. Google’s Handling of Data

For details on how Google collects and uses data, please review the policy below.

6. External Services

The Site uses external services including Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile, PayPal, Google, Microsoft Clarity, Riot Games Data Dragon, and Netlify. Information sent to these services is handled according to each provider's terms and privacy policy.

7. Payment Support via PayPal

When you use the Support Tip feature, PayPal processes the payment. The Site processes information needed to confirm payment, such as PayPal order IDs, payment status, and amount, but does not store payment method details such as credit card numbers.

8. Third-party Sharing

We do not provide collected information to third parties except when required by law, with user consent, or as necessary to use the external services described in this policy.

9. Security Management

We take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or alteration of collected information, including access controls, database permission management, deletion of unnecessary data, and hashing of IP addresses.

10. Contact

Questions about the Site, including requests related to data confirmation or deletion, can be sent via direct message on X (formerly Twitter) to the operator account.

11. Revisions

This policy may change without notice to reflect legal or operational updates. Revised versions will be posted on this page promptly.
